When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our studio in Quebec, Canada. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and will be shipped the next day after the processing day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is processed, the shipment will be made according to the shipping option / carrier / delay you have chosen if you are located in Canada. For international shipments, this may vary from a few days to a few weeks depending on where you are. We always try to select a delivery method that remains as low as possible to save you money.

What are the shipping areas?

Shipments are currently made to Canada, Europe and the US and some other countries (dependent on available carrier options).

How much does a shipment cost?

The shipping cost is calculated on the payment screen. MadZik Studio is not responsible for any additional tax / fees imposed by your country of delivery. Customers are responsible for those costs if applicable.
